Nick Fury was the commander of S.H.I.E.L.D. and a grizzeled veteran. During the second World War, Fury gained a much-extended lifetime and increased strength. After Tony Stark took over S.H.I.E.L.D., Fury organised a small resistance and did all he could to keep Stark from completing projects.

HistoryEdit

Nick Fury was one of the many veterans of World War 2, and after the war founded the international agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., which he directed for many years. In the wake of the Civil War, the goverment replaced Fury and Tony Stark took over. Nick Fury did all he could to sabotage Stark's operations, but was ultimatley not considered a threat. Gabriel Stacy offered to lead a group of Thunderbolts to wipe him out, but it is unknown what his response was, if there was one.

Nick Fury- Marvel UniverseEdit

Nick Fury was an exclusive figure given free to anyone who subscribed to a year of Marvel Digital Comics in 2009. The Figure's head was molded in the likeness of Jesse Falcon, Marvel's Director of Merchandising and uses a retooled Daredevil body. Fury is articulated with a balljoint head, ab-crunch, ball-hinge shoulders, swivel biceps, hinged elbows, swivel wrists, balljoint hips, double-hinged knees and ball-hinge ankles. He is equipted with a pistol, rocket launcher (reused from the Punisher), M-16 w/ grenade launcher, anti-Skrull assault rifle, removable holster and belt and a S.H.I.E.L.D. jetpack.
